I have been working in the auspice of care for over 20 years. My relevant experience in the field of personal care and my genuine desire to assist people who are experiencing difficulties maintaining a normal day to day life. Working as Family Support Worker for over a two decade has instilled in me the understanding about both the physical and psychological needs that need to be taken in account. This is why I am able to always do justice to my work. My experience in the voluntary and private sector had included assisting residents with activities of daily living and ensuring that their medication is being administered in a timely fashion along with promoting healthy socialization between residents and with the management of the organisation. I am highly skilled in providing on time meals, laundry assistance and housekeeping services. I appreciate the need of empathy and understanding of a individual needs, enabling them to live and maintain standard of life that is applicable to them.
