I have the greatest respect for the elderly it's something I've always held a passion with... I've had experience in meal prep, personal care including washing,bathing emptying bed pans changing pads emptying colostomy bags. I've been a domestic asw3l so have a lot of experience in housekeeping, Also helping them choose an outfit for the day I'd help feed them if necessary. I've also engaged in light physical activities with them aswel which they do enjoy and is good for them I did personal care on my grandmother before she passed away I also did personal care with my partners grandma before she passed. I love sitting with them an hearing them tell stories from when they was younger an sharing memories of their loved ones etc I don't just see it as a job.
