Qualified as an RGN in 1991 & continued nursing until 2000 . Change of career to manage my husbands decorating company allowing me to work from home to care for our growing children. Returned to nursing in 2010 which led me to supporting vulnerable adults within the community and residential settings as a mental health support worker / activities coordinator covering a variety of roles . Services I offer : Days out service , short trips , half days & full days within the local & surrounding areas Arrange and support adults to attend the local college Knowledge of local health and well being groups Support to medical appointments / hospital admissions / routine appointments Meal preparation , general house cleaning , laundry & pet care .
