After caring for my father who had Alzheimer's I've decided I would like to pursue a career as a carer. I'm kind, patient and reliable and have enjoyed many years working in childcare as a nanny, but would now like to transfer these skills to being a carer/home help. I've recently taken a TQUK level 2 certificate in Caring for the elderly which I've found to be informative and interesting. Over the years I've completed many paediatric first aid certificates which also covers adult CPR and general first aid. I hold a DBS certificate.
