Looking after a gentleman with cancer for 5 years in his own home, then looking after my mother (who had a lung disease) during the last 3 years of her life, plus bringing up a child, have given me ample experience in looking after those less able to cope while ensuring they maintain their independence as much as possible. I can cook well, know how to clean, am an excellent listener and very companionable. I have a good level of education and speak Spanish and Italian. I do not drive. Ideally, I am looking for 4 weeks on 2 weeks off but will consider other work. I am self employed and insured. DBS and references available. Will travel countrywide. Happy to negotiate price.
