Hi I’m an experienced carer. I have done live in care and I’m currently back in the community as a carer. I enjoy what I do making a difference to clients lives and helping them live independently at home. I have worked with lots of clients with various different needs and I have also done palliative care and after death care. I enjoy making clients lives better by helping them. It’s also good for the clients families to know that their loved ones are being looked after as it makes the families lives stress free knowing that their loved ones are being looked after at a high standard of care. I can do personal care, shopping, cleaning, deal with any appointments and have meetings with care managers, social work and update families regularly so they have peace of mind and can also suggest things to be put in place to help the client. I work with dementia, incontinence care, catheters, challenging behaviour, MS,MND,Parkinson’s and much more. I’m also trained to use equipment such as; hoist, stand aid, Zimmer frames, commodes, hospital beds.
