Im a caring, compassionate person who has worked in care for over 7 years attending to personal care needs. I provide support and assistance one to one in accordance to a person's specific care plan. This includes providing meals, personal care, support with continence, administration of medication and accompanying clients to appointments and social outings. I have great knowledge of stomas, catheters and can provide care for clients with stroke and dementia conditions. I really enjoy caring and supporting people to enjoy life as independantly as possible.
