I am a Health Care Assistant/Support Worker. I can do suction and cough assist. I am trained to perform Nippy Ventilation for sleep apnea and ventilator for tracheostomy client. I can administer nebulisers as per prescriptions. I can administer Peg feeds and medications via this route. I dispense medication as per the prescriptions of my clients including oxygen. I provide emotional and physical care. I do personal care and observe skin integrity. I can do simple dressing as per instructions of Professional Nurse. I am able to carry out good clean catheter care and keep sites clean and hygienic. I have been given training in bladder irrigation in a hygienic and clean way. I am able to carry out basic observations . I can prepare good nutritious food for my clients. I have been fully FFP3 trained. I am very caring, hardworking, positive and happy person. I work well with a group. I can say that I am a fast learner and willing to learn more to improve my skills and knowledge on my job.
