All my carer jobs have been for individuals in their own homes, I can offer experience, a compassionate nature, a listening ear and be the eyes, ears, arms and legs to those that have difficulty. I have worked for 25+ years as a carer/companion. I also cook, clean, drive, household maintenance, personal, sewing, chiropody, barber, skin and hair maintenance, dementia care, catheter care, diabetes care, ironing, gardening, etc. Basically anything you need help with. Accompany clients to doctor and hospital appointments, shopping trips (favourite thing), days out, visiting family and friends. Have a clean license and have a people carrier so can accommodate wheelchairs. I am very happy to do occasional overnight care and respite. I love all animals and have cats, a koi pond and a very noisy cockatoo. I have a DBS and references.
