I am a service manager within community living supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health and autism. I have level 3 & 5 health and social care qualification, and registered with social care wales. I adhere to the legislations within social care and support individuals in a person centred way. I have experience with carrying out personal care duties, supporting people to health appointments and accessing their communities and attend activities. I am a driver, with access to my own car with business insurance. I have experience with supporting individuals who are epileptic and need rescue medication, as well as those with complex health conditions.
