I have worked in the care sector for 14 years - working with dementia , elderly, residential, palliative care, mental health and Brain injuries- I am nvq level 3 qualified and I also have all my medication qualifications- first aid level 3 and any relevant qualification with regards to care- I trained as an artist before going into care and never looked back that first day I spent in a care role- my heart strings were pulled and I knew that this was the career path I would choose- my art is a hobby nowadays, along with playing guitar and writing songs and short stories - my other hobbies include reading, walking and watching movies, along with cooking and gardening. I have a 15 year old daughter and a big family who are scattered around the UK and I love to spend time with them when I can- I like to visit new places and love learning about the different cultures of all walks of life- I am a positive, confident individual who has a lot of positive confidence to share :)
