Worked for 25 years for Sunderland council mental health section, in a rehabilitation, reablement and care service, working with adults 18 years and over, clients had variety of diagnosis, including, anxiety/depression bi polar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia dementia . Clients needs ranged from, home support, budgeting, companionship, some personal care, meal preparation, housework. medication dispensing and most of all encouragement to maintain independence within their own home environment.
