I have worked in elderly care for over 10 years. I have been a carer in a care home and also a live in carer for approx 2 years, mainly working in the South West before relocating to the area. I have a wide knowledge of the care system and am comfortable with most situations that arise. I am calm under pressure and I know that every person is an individual with individual needs and wants. I believe that the family is important with the care of their relative.
