Elderly are very Inclusive to me,I respect them,and they have always been at the forefront of my working life'keeping them safe,and making sure they have everything they need,whether that be a friend, a companion for them in times of loneliness,taking care of them is priority. I assess,monitor everything from dietary needs to medication,and support families greatly and liase with health professionals. My first job was looking after the Elderly,since then I have come full circle,with all aspects of care including babies,youths, mental health and disabilities.
