My experience includes running own ward with 28 elderly patients. My most recent experience includes working with adults who are frail and have dementia. I am passionate about what I do because everyone deserves to have the best care available. I love old people because they have so many stories to tell about a life that is so different to mine. I think they are fascinating. Tasks include all aspects of personal care, washing, showering, dressing, toileting, etc. I have also worked with adults with learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.
