I have experience working with elderly people and experience working with People with conditions that need a helping hand I offer good companionship, fresh food cooking, light housework and any odd jobs, shopping etc I would like to say I have born in to care work with younger siblings with disabilities, I have spent the last few years caring for an elderly lady with M E I am able to do a few breakfast lunches and dinners
