Me and my colleague have worked in care for 8 years. We both have alot of experience. We have both worked in home care and also have experience working in care homes. We are both caring and hardworking,we pride ourselves in always treating people with dignity and respect. We love helping people and nothing is too much. One thing we really enjoy is making people happy and putting a smile on someone's face,as we know in some cases we are the only people that person may see. We love getting to know a person and find this more indivual.From hearing about past times,to family or even pets. It is so rewarding to be in this career each day is different and each day is something. We both have alot of experience with dementia. All our care is all person centred and always tailored to the persons needs. We are very competent with personal care and dealing with medication.
