Above any care experience, I can say I am a very caring person. Since I was a child I have taken interest in talking with older people, enjoying visiting the elderly in care homes right back to when I was very young. I have many older friends from age 70 - 90's (I am 59yrs old) and I looked after my Father for the latter years of his life. I am a good listener, and would make an excellent companion and helper for someone who needs general life assistance. I am good with food preparation, I am very computer confident, I have excellent bookkeeping skills and a strong sense of right and wrong. I have innate empathy for those I connect with and a sense of humour. I am also a very creative person and I enjoy a good chat! I am available 1 day or 2 x half days per week (4hrs + 4 hrs) Mon/Tues. I am looking for work in Worthing or the similar local area
