I have worked in care for 3 years and am able to provide references for this I have GCSEs, an Extended diploma in Health and Social Care and am doing a degree in adult nursing. I have training in: First aid Dementia specialist training CPR and medical emergencies Breaking bad news to relatives I have also worked on a ward setting in frailty with the elderly with all sorts of medical diagnosis’s. I am happy to take part in helping with personal care, meal prep, prompting medications, house work, companionship and any other tasks including shopping and days out. I love the elderly and think they deserve the best quality of care which I’m able to give by getting to know your relative and creating a person centred care plan for them.
