I’m very passionate about elderly peoples mental mental health and understand how it affects their physical health. I believe that it’s important for them to have regular interaction with others and a healthy lifestyle. That includes spending time in the fresh air , interaction with people or even just a carer , healthy food and wholesome games like puzzles to keep their brains stimulated and healthy . I used to voluntarily do look after my elderly neighbour and read to her , make her tea and even cook for her . Sometimes I would take her shopping too . So I feel very capable of this job . I’m also a very caring and sociable person .
