• Able to identify signs of emotional or developmental problems. • Knowledge of all relevant health and safety policies and procedures. • Experience of looking after elderly patients some with dementia and challenging behaviour. • Fully aware and respectful of a patient’s rights, religious and cultural beliefs. • Able to work and remain calm in difficult situations.
