I am an lrish train Health Care Assistant with Distinction in Diploma in Nursing ( Fetac Level 5) l have 2 years work experience in working with Nursing Homes and as a Home Care by giving one to one personalised care by helpings client with the activities of daily living. As a carer in United Kingdom, l have been given mandatory training by two different nursing agencies and finally l have certificate in Administration of Medication which makes me a senior carer.
