I have vast experience in Health and Social Care from hospitals, care homes, supported living to community care. I have dealt with different levels of clients needs from companionship to learning disability, physical disability, Autism, End of Life Care, Epileptic Management, PEG and NG Feeding, Dementia Care and Elderly Care. I have supported individuals from as little as 45minutes care to 24hrs and live in care. I have training in all Care Quality Commission mandatory requirements to level 5 in Health and Social Care. I have done extra training to enable me support individuals with Specialist Needs. I have an updated service DBS which is online. I am British and a Driver with all UK driving License which I am happy to support my clients with for accessing the community and Errands.
