Hi, my name's Hope. I lived with my grandparents most of my life, they gave me the traits i have today. I have worked within care for just over 7 years, and have covered many aspects of care needs including but not limited to, dementia, End of Life care, Mental Health, Spinal Injury, Stroke Clients etc. I have worked in a Dementia unit with advanced Dementia clients, a residential home, domiciliary care and I am experienced with challenging behaviour, both physical and verbal. I do not judge, this is not my place to do such a thing. I am here to care, and provide a high standard of care, as though it was a family member. I am known in my previous job as the girl who was always able to make even the most stubborn clients laugh and smile. No request is too little or too big, if i am physically able to do something that allows a person to feel at ease and happy, i am more than happy to try and make that happy. I work Monday- Friday 8-4 as a health care trainer.
