I have 14 years experience working within the care industry. I have worked within Nursing Homes, Registered Mental Health Facilities, Residential care, End of Life Care, Learning Disabilities and Home Care. I have also working as an apprentice trainer. I have supported care workers and senior care workers to gained qualifications to support their career development. It is highly important to me that everyone gets the life they want no matter limitations that are in place due to society. I enjoy supporting with person centred care and ensuring all needs and tasks are met amd completed with my highest capabilities.
