I am the Training Manager for a live-in care company, responsible for overseeing staff learning and development and equipping them with the necessary skills to be effective carers. My career began in care working with children with special needs at a sen school in Abingdon. In 2021 I started with the NHS, after which I transitioned to private healthcare. I have experience as a domiciliary carer before moving into a training role. I hold numerous qualifications, including an Award in Education and Training (AET) and a First Aid Instructor certification, and I maintain an up-to-date DBS check. I continuously update my knowledge to ensure I provide the best training and care possible.
