Hi, my name is Hayley. I'm based in Gloucester and have 2 years experience as a Domiciliary Carer and Healthcare Assistant. Prior to this I was a primary school teacher. I am deeply passionate and committed to my career as a carer and love helping my ladies and gents to live as independently as possible. I pride myself on being a hard worker, paying attention to detail, being a good communicator and providing high-quality, person-centered care and companionship. I have gained a wide range of experience whilst in the care industry including moving and enabling, personal care, medication administration, first aid, life support, catheter care and palliative care. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals covering a range of needs including Dementia, Parkinson's, COPD, chronic illnesses, mental health conditions and physical disabilities. I hold an enhanced DBS, care certificate and certificates in first aid, life support and a range of clinical care certificates; all of which were renewed in November 2021.
