I came to care a few years ago. For me, caring is a vocation that is important. I like working with older people as I have a lot of compassion for the difficulties that they are often in. I am conscientious, diligent and committed. I was hired immediately by the agency I first interviewed for and I would like to now build into longer term clients. I develop good working relationships with families and those I care for. I am known to be patient, kind and try to do my best for those I work for. I enjoy many aspects of the job but love being a companions to those who need it.
