As I have previously been a Support Worker and Carer I always ensured that the service users I supported were receiving the very best standards of care. It also assisted and supported individuals with personal care and practical care tasks according to the individual needs. This included personal hygiene, dressing, cooking and household tasks. I also met the social and emotional needs of the service users I supported ensuring I used a person-centred approach; this enabled the individuals to enjoy a quality of life and develop skills and independence.
