It has been my desire to be in Health and social care Sector, since when I was a child, I love to care for people, be elderly, adolescent or infant. I act with integrity and with the best interest of patient while ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines to promote care homes efficiency. I possess the 6c’s ,I am compassionate, caring , committed and competence to my job, I am skilled in mental health support with an emphasis in maintaining and promoting patient wellbeing and independence.I posses excellent communication and listening skills also work extremely well when it comes to team work and also confidently on my own I possess courage .I have emotional intelligence skills. I believe I am fit for this role if given the opportunity.i do have the experience on care caring for the elderly,caring for little children,making sure they are far from harm and well cared for and protected from abuse,doing voluntary works.
