I am qualified in Providing my Client / Patient with highly centred care in accordance with my patient care plans. I possess excellent communication skills for my patient at all time. I ensure that all expect of personal care including showering, daily washers and dressing of all personal hygiene are provided in accordance with patient wishes. Also, i am trained to assist my client needs with medications and all aspect of their care including feeding.I have gain much experience working in the Hospital wards, from admitting patients, taking and recording vital signs, preparing patient for theatre and accurate completion of client medical records. Keeping patient records confidential is my priority whethe in writting or computerised in accordance with the Data Protection Regulations. Futhermore i am competent in liasing with and supported medical staff throughout daily surgery procedures, discharges, and giving patient adequate information regarding their fellow- up appointment. This has equipped me with patient tranfer skills needed in supporting my paient in the comfort of their home.
