Hi my name is Hannah and I have worked doing home care in the community and supporting people with disabilities for almost 20 years, I have decided to go alone and would love to meet new people to help them live a fulfilling life in their own homes, I’m a great listener and Talker especially over a cuppa, I can help anywhere I am needed from helping with personal care to taking someone out food shopping or appointments, no job is too much and I love to be able to help.
