I have over ten years experience working in the social care and health sector. I have worked with individuals with a range of needs including severe physical disabilities, learning disabilities/autism, elderly people and mental health needs. I am experienced in working with individuals with complex health and communication difficulties. I am experienced in using hoisting equipment, administering medication, supporting with personal care tasks and support with day to day living tasks. I also work on an adult social care team and have extensive experience and knowledge of working under The Care Act and Mental Capacity Act.
