I may not have professional experience in a caring job, but I have acquired valuable skills and qualities through my personal experiences with family and my studies. With a strong foundation of compassion and empathy, I have developed a deep understanding of the emotional needs of others. Growing up in a close-knit family, I have had the opportunity to provide care and support to my loved ones during challenging times. Through these experiences, I have honed my communication skills, effectively listening and expressing empathy to ensure that those I care for feel heard and understood. I have also learned to be observant, recognizing subtle cues and changes in behavior that may indicate a person's needs or discomfort. In addition to my personal experiences, I have pursued relevant studies to enhance my understanding of caring roles. I am currently studying health and social care and completed workshops focused on areas such as active listening, conflict resolution, and emotional support.
