I started as a home carer in 1992, working for my local authority, during my time there i completed nvq levels 2 and 3. This lead to further my career and i became a training officer , assessor and verifyer for level 2 and 3. Eventually i transferred my skills and moved to the occupational health team within another borough and continued supporting the elderly and vulnerable within the community.
