I have worked in the caring profession for over 24 years, and throughout this time I have gained various skills, working in a hospital, care homes and community settings. My experiences to date have involved caring for young adults with challenging behaviour, adults with debilitating mental illness (Alzheimer's and Dementia) and also physical illness such as cancer, MS, stroke and Parkinsons. I am now a scheme manager working in a local sheltered housing complex ( part time ). My passion is for improving the quality of life for Elderly and Vulnerable groups of people in their own community. Remaining Independent is important to me and the care I can provide, will allow clients to remain in their own homes. I am dedicated to helping and caring for others with Dignity and Respect and providing appropriate care to each individual's needs. I am Reliable, Responsible, Trustworthy and Hard working.
