I am a 50yrs old man, but I feel like and am half of that age, not only from a mind perspective. I have worked hard to have a healthy lifestyle regarding food, drink and some body workout. I really love going to the gym - six days a week, but not pursuing a bodybuilder shape, just health and making sure that I will still relying on myself when I get old.
