I have an abundance of experience working with the elderly. I have experience working in a care home as a Health Care Assistance where I worked on the end of life and dementia ward. This included personal care and domestic duties. I also worked as a server in a residential home. More personally I helped to care for my Great Grandmother with end care dementia which really helped me to develop patient centred care and an individual passion for helping others.
