Monitoring and recording patients’ vital signs (including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation) and reporting any abnormal results to registered nursing staff. Supporting the client had Epilepsy, Brain Injury,Asthma,Tracheostomy,PEG Feeding and medication,suctioning,observations with many aspect of patient care washing and dressing, feeding, helping people to mobilise, toileting, bed making, generally assisting with patients overall comfort, monitoring patients conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, weight, blood sugar, taking blood, and to build a friendly relationship with the patients. Assist with exercises, physiotherapy and other medical plans and medication. Monitor blood pressure, saturation level and other physical conditions, as required. Follow medical instructions carefully and consistently. Organize time and resources based on the individual needs of clients. Manage any unanticipated events or unstable situations.
