Working with the elderly is something I love doing. I understand just how important my job is. Sometimes being the only person that makes contact with that elderly person that day can make such a difference and that time together they will recieve the highest standard of care from myself. I encourage independence wherever possible and give choice with every decision to be made. I work in a person centred way, when the client is at the centre of every decision.
