We are small independent business just starting out as a owner but have over 10 years experience in care and as a HCPC registered Paramedic, I have broad knowledge in care and well-being. I personally manage training of staff and compliance. I make sure that staff members are up to standard in caring and looking after clients. I have special interest in elderly care including but not limited to dementia care, monitoring of vital signs, general health and well-being. I will be working on the field too and will be enforcing the company’s statement in staff to ensure high standard care at all times to all clients.
