I am hard working, enthusiastic, caring and passionate in the care of elderly people. My experience with the care of people with dementia and other related mental health span for over 8 years which includes home care, acute older adults care and acute hospital care. Through this roles, I have gained practical and theoretical knowledge and wide range of experiences in the care of elderly persons which includes communication skills, physical health and personal care skills. I am a team player and enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team. Over the last 8 years, I I have learnt and developed in my caring role and able to work with clients in the recovery journey.
