At Seabrook Services, our intention is to provide the best person-centred care possible, by matching clients with staff who can identify with their needs, whilst offering support to empower them to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Most of our care and support is delivered in people's own homes, where we provide a highly personalised service with each individuals care based on their preferences, wishes and needs. We support people in managing their personal care, medication, companionship, support to access the community and Overnight care. We provide a specialised service that caters for people who may have complex needs such as Parkinson's disease, dementia, and other health related issues that impact people daily living skills. Each and every individual is valued and supported to lead a meaningful life, whilst realising their full potential, while working with families and carers to provide them with the best possible experience. Every individual has different needs so the amount of support we offer varies. While some individuals require 24 hour support, others may need only a few hours a day.
