Hello, my name is Eva. I've been a Hungarian carer for six years, I believe anyone can be a carer, but to be a successful carer, you have to have a heart. I love my role as a carer, and I understand my duties; I work with dependent people who rely on me for support. I don't see myself doing anything else. I do enjoy listening to how my clients grew up, how they lived and all their amazing stories. I have worked for numerous domiciliary agencies, nursing homes, residential homes, mental health homes, and live in companies. Throughout the years, I have experience with personal care, moving and handling, feeding, washing and dressing, changing pads, using healthcare equipment, prompting and administrating medications (tablets and liquids), companionship, cooking and light cleaning and also, going out with my clients and doing shopping and errands for my clients. I also provide Respite, End Of Life and Palliative care. I have worked with a lot of clients who had dementia and cancer. I am confident in my role as a carer, and I know each placement is different.
