I am working in care over 13 years now and have experience working in nursing homes ,residential homes , working with people who have dementia, mental problem, learning difficulties, diabetes, cancer ,mobility problems. I am comfortable to support with personal care ,medication, meal preparation, house duties, light shopping, laundry and all its need it for smooth running of home. I am comfortable to book health appointments ,talking to GP and other professionals. I am not driving car ,but I can accompany in the cab or ambulance transport. I would like to promote independance, dignity, choice and right support to person who needs my support. I have qualification in Health and social care NVQ2 and 3. I have first AID training, updated DBS. I am caring,responsible, friendly, chatty person who like help people and keep them safe.
