I have been working as a carer for more than 20 years. I have gained experience in the job by working as part of team or as an individual. I’m caring ,self motivated well organised and good communicator. I’m an honest and hard working person. I have experience of managing medical conditions such as dementia stroke,Alzheimer’s, cancer care and learning disabilities.
