I am currently a registered nurse in Manchester working with the NHS. I work with the adults with dementia, delirium, Alzheimer's, diabetic etc. I understand the need for regular changing of position, the limit to the range of motion as well and how timely there medications as well needs to be. I understand how vulnerable they can be and a need to keep and eye on them to prevent falls pressure sores and further complications to their health. most of all they need to be made comfortable
