I am a trained chef and yoga teacher and have also had years of experience as a private carer. I would love to help clients to live a full life. Happy to help with all aspects, cook beautiful meals, can guide through some gentle exercise and take clients on adventures and excursions as well as obviously helping with personal care and any housekeeping.
