• Assisting the patient with bathing, grooming, and getting dressed • Manual handling, using equipment if required • Light domestic duties • Meal preparation and assistance • Supporting clients with outings and shopping • Risk assessment and safeguard • Preparing and serving meals at the appropriate time • A daily record of residents well being • Providing Mental and Emotional Support • Administering oral and topical medication under the supervision of a medical personnel • Making recommendations to family members and healthcare personnel on the plan of care • Organizing suitable recreational activities for the patient. • Collaborating with other health care and social care professionals to provide the best possible care.
