Hi my name is Emma I have been working within the care the industry for 28 years. I began my career as a carer and worked my way up to operational care manager within a renowned 70 bed nursing residential home in Sussex supporting ex service men and women with not only sight impediments but complex medical and physical needs. I now work as a deputy care manager in domacillary care. Due to my long career in care I bring a wealth of experience in all aspects of care. I am a committed and dedicated individual who has always enjoyed every aspect of my roles. I am a problem solver and am aware of working within my limitation. Im passionate in my work and offer holistic, person centred care. I hold a level 2 & 3 NVQ in health and social care. I also hold a Train the trainer certification for all mandatory trainings in care. Alongside management training I have worked along side multidisciplinary teams knowing how to get support for my clients when it is required, I’m kind compassionate and always honest and always go that extra mile.
